1. Who we are
These terms govern the sale of acoustic reports by XRLP DIGITAL LLC, trading as XRLP Acoustics, registered in Wyoming, USA, Wyoming Filing ID 2026-002074113, director Yacine Badri, of 1908 Thomes Ave Ste 70863, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001, USA. You can reach us at info@xrlp.digital or +1 307 357 9190.
By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before you pay.
2. Definitions
- Report — the acoustic report described on the service page you ordered from.
- Brief — the short form you complete before payment.
- Intake — the full technical questionnaire we send after payment.
- Working day — Monday to Friday, excluding US and UK public holidays.
3. How a contract is formed
You place an order and pay. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline any order and refund you in full — for example where the project falls outside our competence or scope. If we do, we will tell you why.
4. What you are buying
You are buying the specific report and tier described on the service page at the time you ordered. The service page description forms part of this contract, including the sections headed “What we need from you” and “What this report is not”.
All our reports are desk-based. We do not attend site and we do not carry out acoustic measurements. Where an assessment requires measured sound levels, you supply that data. If you cannot, tell us before ordering and we will say whether we can help.
5. Your obligations
You agree to give us accurate, complete and timely information. You confirm you have the right to share any drawings, datasheets or documents you upload. Our report relies on what you give us; a report based on incorrect information is not valid.
6. When the turnaround starts
The published turnaround runs from the moment we receive your complete Intake and all required documents — not from the moment you pay. We will tell you your delivery date once we have everything.
7. Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included, within 30 days of delivery. A revision means correcting, clarifying or adjusting the report within the scope you bought. Work that changes the scope — a different site, a different standard, additional rooms or dwellings — is quoted separately.
8. Changes of scope
If your project turns out to be materially different from your Brief, we will either quote the difference or cancel and refund you in full. We will not quietly proceed and deliver something narrower than you expected.
9. Intellectual property and reliance
Copyright in the report remains with us. You receive a licence to use it for the project named in your order and to submit it to the relevant authority. The report is prepared for you and for that project only. Third parties may not rely on it without our written agreement. See our Scope, Reliance & Liability page.
10. Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are payable in advance by card through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

13. Confidentiality
We keep your project information confidential and expect the same of you regarding our methods and report structure. See our Privacy Policy.
14. Complaints
If something goes wrong, our Complaints Procedure sets out how we handle it.
15. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events outside its reasonable control. If such an event delays your report, we will tell you promptly and agree a new date or refund you.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Nothing in this clause removes any protection you have under the consumer law of your own country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it. Previous versions are available on request.
18. General
Severability. If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
No waiver. If we do not insist on a right immediately, that does not prevent us relying on it later.
Assignment and subcontracting. You may not transfer your rights under this contract without our written consent. We may subcontract parts of the work — technical review, for example — but we remain responsible to you for the report.
Third-party rights. This contract is between you and us. No other person has any right to enforce it.
Notices. Notices under this contract may be sent by email: to you at the address on your order, and to us at info@xrlp.digital. A notice is treated as received on the next working day.
Entire agreement. These terms, together with the service page description, your order and the policies referred to here, form the whole agreement between us. They replace anything discussed beforehand.
19. If either of us breaks this contract
If you do not provide the information the report depends on, we may pause work and tell you what is outstanding. If the information is still not provided after 90 days, we may close the order and retain a proportionate amount for the work already done.
If we fail to deliver what the service page described and cannot put it right, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refunds & Cancellations Policy, and to any remedy the law gives you.
