We produce acoustic and noise reports for planning applications, permits, licensing and building control, for clients worldwide. Our work is desk-based, which is what lets us hold fixed prices and short turnarounds, and why geography is not a constraint.
Why we exist
Getting an acoustic report has traditionally meant a phone call, a scoping email, a fee proposal three days later, a purchase order, and a report in a month. Meanwhile the application sits unvalidated and the fit-out slips.
The work itself has not changed. What has changed is how much of it can be standardised, and how much of the research, calculation and drafting can be accelerated without touching the professional judgement at the centre of it. That is the whole business.
How we work
- Published prices. Every fee is on the pricing page. You never have to ask.
- Fixed scope. Each report states what it contains and what it does not, before you buy.
- AI-accelerated, human-signed. Our tooling does the research, calculation and drafting. A qualified acoustic consultant sets the methodology, makes the judgements and signs the report. The detail is here.
What we will not do
This list matters more than the one above.
- We will not take a job that needs a site survey and pretend it can be done from a desk. We are desk-based. Where measured data is required, you supply it or we tell you before you order.
- We will not carry out pre-completion sound insulation testing. That needs an accredited on-site tester, and we will refer you to one.
- We will not accept commission from acoustic product suppliers, so our specifications stay product-agnostic.
- We will not tell you a report will get you permission. We tell you what the evidence shows, including when it is unhelpful.
