Our reports are digital. This page explains exactly what you receive, how, and when.
What you receive
A submission-ready PDF report, including all calculations and appendices, prepared for the project named in your order and reviewed and signed by a qualified acoustic consultant.
How it is delivered
By email to the address on your order, and as a download in My Account for 12 months after delivery. There is nothing to ship.

The clock starts when we receive your completed intake form and all required documents — not when you pay. We confirm your delivery date by email as soon as we have everything.
Where we work
Worldwide. Because our reports are desk-based, there is no geographic limit. Tell us which country the project is in and which standard or authority the report must satisfy, and we write to that framework.
Printed copies
If you added printed copies, three bound copies are posted to your billing address. Allow 5–10 working days after report delivery. This is the only order type involving a physical shipment.
If we are running late
We tell you before the deadline, not after, and explain why. If we miss a committed delivery date by more than 3 working days through our own fault, we refund 25% of the fee.
If your report does not arrive
Check your spam folder, then My Account. If it is in neither, email info@xrlp.digital or call +1 307 357 9190 and we will resend it immediately.
