What costs extra, and why
- Site surveys and measurements — we do not offer these at all. If your project needs one, you commission it locally and send us the data
- Hearings and committee attendance — quoted individually
- Work outside the scope you bought — a different site, a different standard, more rooms or dwellings. We quote the difference rather than absorb it silently

How payment works
Card payment through Stripe at checkout. You pay in full upfront and receive an invoice with your order confirmation. Prices are shown in US dollars and are the total amount you pay. No sales tax or VAT is added at checkout.
