We produce acoustic reports faster and at a fixed price by standardising the scope and accelerating the analysis. What we do not do is skip the professional review.
The four steps
- Choose your report. Six reports, each with published tiers. Pick the one that matches your project. If none fit, request a custom quote.
- Tell us about the project. A short brief before payment — enough for us to confirm the scope and price are right. A fuller technical questionnaire comes after checkout, with space for drawings, datasheets and correspondence.
- We do the work. Site context assembly, acoustic modelling and calculation, assessment against the relevant standard, and drafting to a fixed report structure.
- An acoustician reviews and signs it. You receive a submission-ready PDF, with two rounds of revisions included.
Where the AI ends and the acoustician begins
We are open about this because clients ask, and because a report that cannot be defended is worth nothing.
What our AI tooling does
- Assembles site context: mapping, published noise data, aerial imagery, planning history
- Runs the calculations: propagation, screening, facade levels, reverberation, insulation performance
- Checks the assessment against the standard clause by clause, and flags what the standard requires a human to judge
- Drafts the report to a fixed structure so nothing is missed
- Cross-checks the numbers a second time by a different method
What it does not do
- It does not choose the assessment methodology
- It does not make the engineering judgements standards explicitly require — acoustic feature corrections, context, reasonableness
- It does not measure anything

Why we are desk-based, and what that means for you
We do not attend site and we do not take measurements. That is a deliberate choice: it is what lets us hold fixed prices and short turnarounds, and it is why we can work anywhere in the world.
It also has limits, and we would rather you knew them before you pay:
- Where an assessment depends on measured background sound levels, you supply that data, or we produce a clearly labelled screening assessment instead
- If we think a survey is unavoidable for your project, we tell you before you order, not after
- Design-stage work — sound insulation build-ups, room acoustics treatment, glazing and ventilation specification — does not need a site visit at all, and is unaffected
Your data
Your drawings and project documents are stored privately and are accessible only to the people working on your report. Our Privacy Policy sets out exactly who processes what, including the AI providers involved.
If your authority queries the report
Tell us. Two rounds of revisions are included within 30 days, and corrections to anything we got wrong are always free. Formal responses to authority queries after submission are available as an add-on.
