Before you spend up to $2,995, you should know exactly what arrives. This page sets out what is in each report, section by section.
What every report contains
- Executive summary and conclusion — written for the determining officer, in the terms their decision uses
- Site and project description — what is proposed, where, and what is nearby
- Assessment criteria — the standard applied and the numerical targets it sets, with the clause references
- Input data — what we used, where it came from, and how confident we are in it
- Calculations — the full method, worked through, not just the answer
- Results against criteria — usually a table, showing compliance or the shortfall
- Mitigation or specification — the commercially useful part: what to build, buy or change, with the performance each element must meet
- Limitations — stated plainly, including what a desk-based assessment cannot establish
- Recommended conditions — wording the applicant can accept
- Appendices — calculations, datasheets, drawings and any supplied survey data
Format
- PDF, typically 15–40 pages including appendices depending on report type and tier
- Signed by the reviewing acoustic consultant, with their qualifications stated on the cover

- Printed and bound copies available as a $95 add-on
Want to see a full sample before ordering?
Email info@xrlp.digital naming the report you are considering, and we will send a redacted sample of that report type. We would rather you saw one than guessed.
We do not publish samples for open download because they contain client sites and schemes, and redacting properly takes real care.
What you will not find in our reports
- Padding. The page count reflects what the assessment needs, not what justifies the fee
- Conclusions that outrun the evidence. Where the data is weak, the report says so
- Product recommendations we are paid to make. We take no supplier commission
