What happens next
- You send the form. Include drawings if you have them — it makes the quote sharper.
- We reply within one working day with a fixed fee, a written scope and a delivery date.
- You accept and pay through a secure payment link. Work starts on receipt.
Why we quote a fixed fee
Hourly billing transfers all the uncertainty to you and gives us no incentive to be efficient. We scope the work, price it once, and carry the risk of it taking longer than expected. If the project turns out to be materially different from what you described, we requote or refund rather than quietly running over.
What we will not quote for
- Site noise surveys and measurements. We are desk-based. We will refer you to someone local.
- Pre-completion sound insulation testing. This requires an accredited on-site tester.
- Anything where we judge we are not the right people. We will say so and, where we can, point you elsewhere.
