What we have done
- Page content is held to a readable line length rather than running the full width of the screen
- Headings are used in order, so screen readers and keyboard users can navigate by structure
- Forms use real labels tied to their fields, and required fields are marked in text as well as colour
- Interactive elements have a visible keyboard focus state
- Frequently asked questions use native expandable elements that work without JavaScript
- Tables scroll within their own container so the page itself never scrolls sideways on a phone
- Colour is not used as the only way of conveying meaning
