Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Uploaded files are stored privately and are accessible only to the people working on your report. We keep backups and restrict administrative access.
Children
This service is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Automated decision-making
We use AI tooling to help produce reports, but we do not make decisions about you by automated means alone. No decision producing legal or similarly significant effects for you is taken without human involvement. Every report is manually reviewed and signed by a professional acoustician before it is issued, and any decision to decline or refund an order is made by a person.
Marketing
We only send marketing email if you have asked for it. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop at any time by emailing info@xrlp.digital. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop the transactional emails about an order you have placed — those are part of delivering the service you bought.
Cookies
This site uses cookies. What each one does, how long it lasts and how to change your choices is set out in our Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies are not set unless you accept them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and change the version and date at the top. Where a change materially affects you, we will tell you directly.
